You don't need anything special to practice yoga at home. 🏠

Sometimes I roll out my mat, wear a matching yoga set, and have all the props.

Other times, I jump off the bike and start a short flow, without my mat, still wearing my biking chamois, and no props within reach.

The important part is just to practice.

And practicing yoga at home makes it way easier to fit into a busy schedule.
