All classes in the studio are designed for all-levels, from just getting started to experienced yogis. In the asana classes (movement), I’ll offer lots of options and you can choose what works best for your body on that day. 

Nope, you’ll get access to a library of classes that you can start any time you are ready. Take a class before work, on your lunch break, or even a 10 minute break in the middle of your day. There is the option to join 1 live class every month, but even that class will be available as a recording in the library the following week!

We have one live class every month, which gives you the opportunity to join live and get feedback throughout class. You also have the option to register for a private yoga session at a discounted price as a member, if you’d like to work with me 1:1 for any of your goals.

You don’t need any more space than to roll out your yoga mat. I personally practice (and film) in the front entry of our townhouse – between the front door, stairway, and living room. It’s not a lot of space, but it works great!

Ideally, look for a hard surface (tile or hardwood floor works great) and maybe a wall nearby. You can read more tips for setting up your home practice in this blog post.

Yes! The best yoga class is the one you actually do – whether that is in-person, online, or a combination of both. I personally like to practice in-person and virtually, which allow me to be more consistent and see progress in my practice. 

With virtual classes, you get to practice on your own schedule – which is a huge benefit! You can practice more often & even hit pause if you want to take a bit more time with a pose.

You can also re-take your favorite classes and work to improve a pose or a skill you are working toward. 

The most important part of any pose if that it feels good in your body. I find there is more priority placed on the “right way” to do a pose in many situations, where you’ll find more success in feeling the pose and adjusting to make it work for you. 

If you want to work on the typical alignment for a pose, there are a few ways to get feedback. Join the monthly live yoga class for an interactive class where I can give you feedback during our practice.

You can also book a private yoga session at a discounted rate, as a member of the FITaspire Studio. This is a great way to work on any of your yoga goals is a 1:1 setting.
