Hey There!

I help busy, active people strengthen their body & calm their mind with yoga, so they can move better, feel stronger, and keep doing what they love—for life.hether you’re running, lifting, biking, or just juggling a full schedule, my approach makes yoga practical, efficient, and fun.

With my experience in endurance coaching, personal training, mountain bike coaching, and snowboard instructing – I bring a strategic, results-driven approach to the mat. That means no fluff—just effective, science-backed yoga designed to complement the activities you already love.

I teach online and in-person classes that seamlessly integrate strength, mobility, and flexibility, helping you build a body that moves well and feels great. My goal? To make yoga work for you, so you can show up feeling strong, capable, and ready for your next adventure.

Why My Approach is Different

Most yoga classes focus on flexibility. Mine focus on strength, mobility, and movement efficiency—because I know you don’t just want to touch your toes. You want to run, lift, hike, bike, and move with confidence.

I take a no-fluff approach to yoga, blending:

Strength & Stability – Move with control and build resilience.
Mobility & Flexibility – Increase your range of motion for better movement.
Breathwork & Focus – Quiet your mind and enhance performance.

I cut through the trendy yoga advice to give you practical, science-backed tools that actually work—so you get stronger on and off the mat without wasting time.

How I Found Yoga

Movement has always been part of my life, but yoga didn’t come into the picture until much later. I started as a dancer from the age of three through college, moving with precision and rhythm. After college, I traded the studio for the pavement, diving into running, then triathlon—a completely new world for me. I raced everything from marathons to Ironman, learning as I went and eventually coaching other athletes around the world to help them do the same.

A few years later, my movement journey took an unexpected turn—I found myself competing in bikini competitions, which led me to personal training and nutrition certifications to deepen my understanding of strength and performance. At that point, my coaching evolved to include strength and nutrition alongside endurance training, creating a more well-rounded approach.

That’s when yoga entered the picture. Initially, I started practicing to balance out my training, counteracting the miles, weights, and intensity. But after decades of coaching, my own interests were shifting, and I eventually stepped back to explore new directions.

For years, I resisted the idea of teaching yoga. Having left coaching behind, did I really want to go down that path again?

But in 2021, I took a leap. I left my corporate marketing executive job, packed my bags, and ran away to Peru for yoga training. At the time, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to teach—but I knew I wanted to go deeper into the practice for myself.

That decision changed everything.

Yoga teacher training was incredible, exhausting, and inspiring. When I returned home, I knew I wanted to share this practice with others and started teaching just two weeks later.

I quickly realized that all of my past movement experiences came together to shape my unique teaching style. My background in yoga, personal training, dance, and endurance sports gives me a broader perspective on movement and performance. I see firsthand how yoga complements so many other training styles and how valuable it is for athletes and active people looking to move better and feel stronger.
