Drinks Throughout the Day

I’m not suggesting that you drink all these in one day, but I do have drinks to share for different parts of your day – from brunch to dessert! I’ve been saving up these drinks for a few weeks now and I think 3 sounds like a good number, don’t you? So the next time you have a special occasion or a relaxing evening at home, you’ll have some fun drink options to choose from!

Brunch

First up is a slightly sweet, but savory twist on the traditional Bloody Mary. I’m calling this one a Bacon Ginny and it was one of the first things I made with my favorite Torani Bacon Syrup.

Before Dinner (Aperitif)

Next is a drink I never thought I would drink. We bought Galliano years ago and hated it after the first taste. It was a gorgeous bottle, but we couldn’t take the taste. It gathered dust in the back of our liquor cabinet until a few weeks ago. Kirk had a crazy idea to mix it with our Bacardi Oakheart (yum!) and I was in love. This is a wonderful sipping drink before dinner – or really whenever you’re in the mood!

After Dinner (Digestif)

The most recent addition to our drink list, Kirk created last Friday night. An obvious spin on the drink above, the grapefruit & mint gives this a sweeter and summery flair. This is still not a “fruity drink”, but as close as I like to get lately.
