Perfect for runners, cyclists, or anyone who sits a lot during the day. 🏃🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️👩🏻‍💻

Hold each for 3-5 minutes:
1️⃣ Child’s Pose
2️⃣ Sleeping Pigeon (each side)
3️⃣ Straddle Fold
4️⃣ Reclined Goddess
5️⃣ Supine Twist (each side)

🕣 Have extra time? Hold each pose for up to 10 minutes for a deeper release.
