Just a quick “hello” today to share a fun podcast that I had the opportunity to participate in recently. The guys behind the Lifestyle Accountability Show are brothers – Adam & Devon Bate. Their show shares inspiring interviews with individuals who make health and fitness a priority in their lives. When they offered me a chance to be a part of the show, I thought it would be a fun and different way to share my story.
When Megan found it online last week, I finally had a chance to listen to the final cut and I am really happy with the way it came out. It’s a great representation of my story and how I hope to inspire you to live a healthy life that you love!
A couple of highlights from the interview:
Biggest challenge
Heather talks about the post-goal blues that often comes around after achieving a really big goal or event. Heather talks about some great ways to overcome this and make sure you’re always moving forward.

Key Advice For Beginners
Just get up and move. Find something that you enjoy and find fun. Do a little today, a little more tomorrow, and a little more the next day.
