➡️ Wild Thing to Wheel (& back again)

If you have a solid wheel, this transition might be easier than you think!

Give it a try:
✅ Bring both feet flat on the ground
✅ Bend both knees
✅ Shift your weight more into the legs
✅ Press out of your bottom arm to find space
✅ Reach top arm toward the floor
✅ Allow your bottom hand to spin in and eventually flip fingers toward feet

Going back to Wild Thing is trickier (for me!), but you’ll just reverse the steps—except for the bottom hand spin. I move my hand last in both directions!
