Dedicated December
So there you have it – two awesome ways to stay inspired, dedicated, and motivated in December. What are you going to do to stay active this month?
Dinner
All work and no fun is not what December is all about, so Monday night’s dinner helped fill the “fun” category. Kirk volunteered to cook tonight’s dinner of Broccoli Almond Sweet-and-Sour Tofu from Vegan Yum Yum (one of the cookbooks my parents got me for my birthday).
This cookbook has LOTS of pictures and there are so many recipes that sound amazing! But what do we have to drink that goes with Asian food?
- 120 ml Rum
- 80 ml Mango Margarita Mix
- 40 ml Coconut Rum
- 30 ml Melon Liquor
- 6 oz Club Soda
- Combine all ingredients into shaker filled halfway with ice.
- Pour into Collins Glass (see picture) filled with ice.
- Top off with Club Soda
