I’m kind of sad that this is the fourth and final recipe from last week’s Beer Dinner. But it’s good news for you, because the final recipe is dessert!!
Disclaimer: This recipe includes flambé, which is for experienced cooks who have been given previous instruction in cooking with fire. Please do NOT attempt without experience.

Flambe Instructions

With stove off, add bourbon to pan and ignite with stick lighter. Once flame goes out, pour sauce over bananas.
Fold edges of crepe to the center and dust with powdered sugar.
Non-Flambe Instructions (personally untested, but have heard this is a reasonable alternative)
Add 1/4 cup bourbon to a hot pan (carefully – it will ignite if it touches flame) and allow to burn off the alcohol. Pour sauce over bananas
Fold edges of crepe to the center and dust with powdered sugar.
THAT IS ALL!!! Good night, don’t forget to tip your waiter.
