If you’re reaching as far as possible, but your chest is collapsing and your booty is shifting back—let’s fix that!

1. Grab a block (or place your hand higher on your leg).
2. Reach forward *first*, then drop your hand naturally.
3. Keep hips & shoulders stable—think about stacking them instead of folding toward the floor.
