🤔Truth or Myth: you need to put your foot above or below the knee in tree pose.

This is a myth!! 🚫

(Honestly, I taught this in my early classes before questioning why)

Your knee is actually quite strong & should be able to withstand multi-directional loads.

And it does in several other common yoga poses: side plank and warrior 1 are just two examples.
