Sound baths, also called sound journeys or sound healings, use instruments to create vibrations which lower our brainwaves, promote healing, & enhance sleep quality.
During a sound bath, you relax in a comfortable position (typically on your back or side) and allow the vibration to wash over you. This is a restful experience and no movement or effort is taken, as you experience the sounds and allow the vibration to do it’s work.
In my sound baths, the instruments used may include crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, rain sticks and other gentle sound instruments. This may also be combined with restorative yoga, as an option.
