Imagine you have a yoga practice that you looked forward to. Your practice is gives you a clear mind and energy for the other parts of your day. And that you feel like you are making progress toward your goals with yoga. Wouldn’t that feel amazing?!

But maybe right now…

  • You want to practice yoga, but somehow it always slips to the bottom of your list.
  • You don’t have time (or the desire) practice for an hour (or more) a day
  • You’re not sure what your ideal practice even looks like
  • Or you’ve tried to build a consistent practice before, but it just never sticks.

You are not alone!

Almost all yogis (and aspiring yogis) have faced this challenge at one time or another.

Learn how to create a personalized plan for your practice so that you finally see progress and start reaching your goals.

And it kind of makes sense when you think about it. Because yoga is a pretty broad practice. There are over 10 styles of yoga movement (Ashtanga, Hatha, Hot, Rocket, Iyengar, Kundalini, Power, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yin, the list goes on!) alone. Not to mention other aspects of yoga, including: breathwork, sound, meditation, journaling, and more.

No wonder it’s hard to figure out what you should be doing!

It took me a while to figure out how to create a practice for myself. But when I figured out how to create a practice fit me:

  • I started recovering faster from mountain biking
  • I started building strength from yoga, alongside gym workouts
  • I rediscovered flexibility I hadn’t seen in years AND started increasing flexibility
  • I started focusing on balance postures and inversions to help me with balance on my bike and snowboard
  • I realized that working on challenging yoga poses helped me with the mindset to tackle other challenges & fears – a skill I use in so many areas!

These benefits are just a few of a very long list of what you can experience with a consistent yoga practice. And it complements all the other activities you’re doing is such a beautiful way.

And you can do the same!

But you don’t just want to copy my practice, you want to create a practice that fits you perfectly! And that’s what this guide is all about.
