This is not a VeganMoFo post. In fact this post has nothing to do with food! Tuesday Trainer is a weekly event on Lindsay’s List that features a full workout for a different body part. The workout is in video (YouTube) format, with different bloggers demonstrating each moves, & instructions on reps/etc. It’s a great way to get more creative with your workouts and hopefully learn something new!
