Last week, I opened the doors to my group coaching online training program. This program is created for anyone who is frustrated with trying to “eat healthy” without seeing the results they want. Here’s how it works:
- The program starts January 16.
- You will receive a customized quick-start guide, after completing a nutrition assessment
- I’ll include a recommended supplement guide (optional to maximize your results and overall health)
- You will follow a 4 or 5 day per week workout plan, which includes an personal training app to track your workouts (including video guidance)
- You will complete daily nutrition lessons and practice specific nutrition habits in two week blocks
- We will schedule monthly live coaching calls, with recordings available any month you are not able to join the live session.
This is a month-to-month program with no long-term commitment. The nutrition curriculum is designed for a 12-month program, but you can choose to stay with the group for 1 month or the year. I believe you should stick with a program that you love, without feeling locked in.
The group will start on Monday, January 16th. You’ll be added to the group to get acquainted with the nutrition & workout program, your nutrition assessment (which helps me create your customized quick-start guide), supplement guide, and additional info to help you feel comfortable with the group.
