The first week of the #MoveHappy challenge is in the books! It was amazing seeing all the entries both on the official posts and on instagram throughout the week. If you didn’t get a chance to browse the hashtag, I encourage you to do that. It’s a great way to get some extra motivation before your next workout and a reminder of all the different ways there are to get moving! Here’s a sample of some of the amazing photos below:

If you’ve been a reader for a while now, you’ve likely heard about Nutrex Hawaii before. I learned about this company in December of 2013 and quickly added them to my daily supplement routine. I was also honored to represent them at Blend Retreat 2014 and get to share my favorite Spirulina and BioAstin.

It’s also the only microalgae farm in a BioSecure Zone, which means no pesticides or GMOs. All that and it’s the most affordable spirulina I have found! Now you see even more why I love this stuff!!

The proportions are perfect for medium-carb days, even better when I get a little extra fat and can top them with some extra nut butter. In fact, I’m still fitting them into my prep diet and have will continue to do so until the last week of training (which is NEXT WEEK!).
