Learn the nutrition & training secrets to fat loss and get the body you've been dreaming about this summer! This online, 6-week challenge is the kick in the pants you need to get the best results in just 42 days. 

Here's how the program works. I will create a custom nutrition plan for you, based on your answers to a detailed questionnaire. Your plan will take into consideration your current nutritional habits and preferences, to make sure it's a plan you can actually follow AND will get results! Your workouts (gym or home) will them be loaded onto your personal calendar within the FITaspire app, which makes accessing your workouts simple & convenient right on your phone. You'll also find video demonstrations of every exercise, so that you feel confident in completing each workout.

The program is designed to help you look & feel amazing with simple workout & nutrition strategies to make the most of your precious time. Each month, new workouts will be added to your private training calendar with everything you need to be successful. You can choose to workout at the gym or at home (you just need dumbbells, bands, and a stability ball).

To help you see the best results, I'll also give you my exclusive nutrition guide, to help you determine what you should be eating and when. You'll learn about macros (macronutrients) and how the amount of each impacts your results. And I'll teach you how simple it can be to eat the right macros for you - without tracking everything you eat!

For running and triathlon training: Your coach will create a high customized training plan for you and your goal. Your plan will take into account your goals, experience, lifestyle, and preferences to help you enjoy the process. You also have the option to include strength training in your plan.​
