Thanksgiving to New Years Challenge
This free challenge will help you stay motivated throughout the busy holiday season to continue focusing on your health & fitness. It’s so easy to get too busy & distracted this time of year to take care of yourself & your health. The Healthy for the Holidays challenge will help by giving you a daily action to stay on track through New Years Day!
Here’s how it works. Each day, you’ll get a daily challenge with a new workout, healthy eating tip, or self-care activity to help you take a small step each day for yourself. And by completing the daily prompts, you’ll be eligible to WIN weekly prizes from our sponsors.
We’ll also celebrate the end of the challenge with a Virtual 5K (walkers & runners welcome) – which we’ll work up to throughout the 40 day challenge.
