Heather Blackmon

Heather is an athlete and coach with over 15 years of experience in running and over 10 years in triathlon/duathlon. With a background in dance, she started running with the goal to complete a 5K, but quickly took to the sport and completed her first marathon just a year later. After several years of running, she expanded her experience to include triathlons and duathlons, progressing to complete Ironman Austria in 2011. To further round out her experience, she shifted focus to the gym in 2013 and has competed in the bikini division at NPC & WBFF competitions.

Her expertise is in helping everyday athletes improve their performance in running and multisport events, as well as helping others acheive their body composition goals through workouts + nutrition.

Heather's resume includes 8 marathons, 1 ultra marathon, 1 Ironman, 3 bikini competitions, and countless other road and trail races.

Kirk Blackmon

Kirk is an athlete and coach with over 12 years of running experience. As a year-round swimmer beginning in 1991, Kirk found running as his primary sport in 2002, adding triathlon to his résumé beginning in 2006. His proudest moments include: Short Course Triathlon Nationals in 2009, Ironman Germany in 2010, Long Course Nationals in 2010, and Ironman Cairns in 2013.

His expertise is in helping athletes improve their performance in running and multisport events.
