FITaspire Training is run by husband & wife team, Kirk & Heather Blackmon.

You'll benefit from the experience of a certified expert who can develop a plan that fits your life, so you can focus on doing the work. We take a holistic approach to training, because coaching is more than just a training plan.

Coach Heather

Heather is an athlete and coach with over 15 years of experience in running and over 10 years in triathlon/duathlon. With a background in dance, she started running with the goal to complete a 5K, but quickly took to the sport and completed her first marathon just a year later.

After several years of running, she expanded her experience to include triathlons and duathlons, progressing to complete Ironman Austria in 2011. To further round out her experience, she shifted focus to the gym in 2013 and has competed in the bikini division at NPC & WBFF competitions.

Her expertise is in helping everyday athletes improve their performance in running and multisport events, as well as helping others acheive their body composition goals through workouts + nutrition.​

Certifications: USA Triathlon Level 1, USA Track & Field, TrainingPeaks Level 2, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer , Precision Nutrition 1, Certified Level I Metabolic Efficiency Training Specialist​
